Users/Participants

We, AnitaOrdained.com and its affiliates, do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or religion. We hold fast to the belief of universal togetherness and religious expression around the world. By contracting with AnitaOrdained.com and its affiliates, you confirm that you are legally able and eligible to enter into matrimony with your partner as it pertains to our wedding packages.

Payment of fees

Payment in full, applicable to your choice of package, is due no later than 5-calendar days before your scheduled event. Payment plans for larger packages can be arranged with our AnitaOrdained.com minister. A 25% Booking Fee will be due at time of booking which reserves your chosen date, time, and location for one of our associates as well as the start of necessary preparations. This Booking Fee is non-refundable and will be applied towards your final total due. Failure to meet the terms of this payment agreement will result in the immediate cessation of services from AnitaOrdained.com and its affiliates. 

Additional fees may apply for additional services requested, additional time requested, and/or for locations exceeding 20-miles from Schaumburg, Illinois, USA. Speak to your assigned minister for details or contact us at minister@anitaordained.com for more information.

Intellectual property

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of AnitaOrdained.com, its affiliates, directors, or agents including all copyrights, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the AnitaOrdained.com intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or other applications.

Applicable law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between AnitaOrdained.com and you, or it's associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products/services you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by an arbitrator or local courts and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts in Cook County, Illinois, United States. Every effort will be made by AnitaOrdained.com and its affiliates to resolve any issues as they are presented. Users of our services have 3-months after the date of service/event to contact AnitaOrdained.com with any questions or issues to be resolved. After 3-months, claims will not be settled.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AnitaOrdained.com and its affiliates and hold AnitaOrdained.com and its affiliates harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on liability

AnitaOrdained.com and its affiliates are not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website or our services. This includes misuse or mistreatment by you, or your associates, before, during, or after our services are rendered.

AnitaOrdained.com reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. This Agreement is an understanding between AnitaOrdained.com and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website and AnitaOrdained.com services.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

If for any reason you need to cancel the services of AnitaOrdained.com and its affiliates, please do so in the following way: 1. Contact via email & phone your designated minister - email: minister@anitaordained.com  2. Verify and authorize the cancellation through our email system.  3. The 25% Booking Fee is non-refundable and will applied towards your final total due.  4. Cancellations made10-days or more before your event date will result in a refund of all fees paid except for the Booking Fee which is non-refundable.  5. Cancellations made 9 to 6 days before your event date will result in a refund of 50% of all fees paid except for the Booking Fee which is non-refundable.  6. Cancellations made 5 days or less before your event date will result in no refund of fees paid.  7. Rescheduling of your event date is allowed.
